1986-1989 9000
Engine enhancement from 1986-1989 9000 by means of 16V intake kit, APC (for a 40-50 BHP gain!) , fuel modifications (fuel injector, pressure regulation, fuel pump , HP bypass or BOV, Magnecor ignition wires, aluminum flywheel, cylinder head, 16V turbo camshaft, turbocharger, and manual boost control. Our "STAGE ONE" engine enhancement for the 16 valve (1986-1989) turbo will always include our Red Series APC, fuel modification, exhaust, intake, motor mount, HP bypass, and ignition wire which will bring the 9000T to a safe daily driven 225 BHP while employing the factory turbocharger and engine components. Engine rebuild kits and turbocharger DIY rebuild kits are available from our "Engine" pages. Full T3 turbocharger replacements are also available through our T3 cartridge replacements.
Both turbo and non turbo models will allow for the following: suspension upgrade will employ our spring enhancement.
Braking enhancement via our Ceramic brake pad, cross drilled rotors and complete brake package.
Clutch, transmission, and motor mount are also available.
1990-1992 9000
1990-1992 9000 turbo models may take advantage of our DI/APC upgrade (for a 40+ BHP improvement!), HP bypass or BOV, 16V intake kit, FOX stainless steel exhaust system(in
stock as of fall 2007!), cylinder head, 2.3 liter camshafts, rising rate fuel pressure regulator or fuel management EPROM, etc.
Our "Stage One" engine enhancement for the 1990-1992 9000T will always include our Red Series DI/APC, fuel update via EPROM or RRFPR, exhaust sytem, HPbypass, intake kit and will render a safe, daily driven 260 BHP. Our new turbocharger DIY rebuild kits for all 1991 and up 9000 which all employ the GARRETT T25 turbocharger. Full T25 turbocharger replacements are also available through our T25 cartridge replacements which are currently on sale at $489.
