turbocharger replacement allowing for dramatic cost cutting by replacing the
damaged turbocharger rotating assembly (Cartridge/CHRA) in place of purchasing a
complete turbocharger replacement (a complete turbocharger would be delivered
with turbine housing, compressor housing and wastegate actuator...all of which

2.3 liter 1991-1998 9000 except for the manual transmission Aero, or CS (LPT) models (see fit listing below).
GT17 cart. are designed to fit 1999 -2003 and up 2.3 liter engine 9-5 (except AERO or
V6) as well as the 2000-2003 9-3 with 2.0 liter engine. GT15 cartridge will
fit all V6 9-5. Our cartridge replacements are NEW, zero time Garrett assemblies (not a rebuild) and include entire VSR balanced rotating assembly (turbine, compressor wheel, shaft nut) , bearings,
oil seals, thrust assembly, internals for complete replacement of the original 9000, 900,
9-3 or 9-5 turbocharger. Using a cartridge replacement will substantially reduce
the $1000+ turbocharger replacement costs and allows for a new, zero time
turbocharger center section.
Installation is a simple matter of removing original SAAB turbocharger turbine housing
as well as compressor housing and installing
these onto the new cartridge. Assembly requires no special tools or skills and full instructions are provided.
This is an ideal replacement for a damaged, smoking, or failing turbocharger and
the we have nearly all types of replacements in stock for immediate delivery.
Depending on our turbocharger core inventory, we can typically offer a
complete SAAB turbocharger replacement with new center section/cartridge
at the same $489. These are extended on an exchange requiring the return of the
original turbocharger upon installation of the new assembly. A $100 core charge
will be applicable and credited upon return of the original turbocharger. Please

The T25 cartridge is applicable for the following:
1990 9000 turbo all models, 1991 9000 turbo all models, 1992 9000 turbo all models, 1993 - 1998 9000 CSE
and Aero with automatic transmission Also available for the 1994, 1995, 1996,
1997, 1998 900 (SE or turbo) and the 1999 9-3.
GT17 will fit the 2000-2003
9-3 with 2.0 liter engine (except HOT models) and all 9-5 2.3 liter engine
applications 1998-2003 (excluding AERO).
GT15 will fit all V6 9-5.

We will then expedite the correct turbocharger cartridge replacement for your
