| MITSUBISHI TD04 Turbocharger Rebuild Kit: For all 9000 Aero (5 speed), 9-3 Viggen or HOT models after 1999, all 9-5 Aero, and 9-3 Aero turbochargers. This same kit will also fit many VOLVO including 850, 940 (2.3 liter engine), S70 and V70. The Mitsubishi 3000GT from 1991-1998 and Subaru WRX all employ this same TD04 assembly.
This simple kit will allow for complete rebuild of the factory SAAB TD04 turbocharger and will address smoking, shaft play, thrust, etc. The replacement components, as pictured, will include all internal bearings, thust assembly, oil seals, hardware, gaskets, etc., and full instructions for simple "Do-it-yourself" repair of the TD04 turbocharger.
No special tools will be required to complete this overhaul and our instructional will show how to retain MITSUBISHI factory balancing and includes a full exploded view of the TD04 assembly.
