| GT17 GARRETT 9-3 and 9-5 Turbocharger Rebuild Kit; For all 1999
and up 9-5 2.3 or V6 (except Aero) and all 2000 and up 9-3 turbo (except Viggen).
This simple kit will allow for complete rebuild of the factory SAAB GT17 turbocharger and will address smoking, shaft play, thrust, etc. The replacement components, as pictured, will include all internal bearings, thust assembly, oil seals, hardware, gaskets, etc., and full instructions for simple "Do-it-yourself" repair of the GT17 turbocharger.
This kit is very popular with the weekend mechanic as well as dealerships or
independent service centers.
No special tools will be required to complete this overhaul and our instructional will show how to retain GARRETT factory balancing and includes a full exploded view of the GT17 assembly.
This same kit works with all AUDI 80 after 1995 and A3 from 1997. Volkswagen Golf between 1994-1997 would also use this same kit for the GT turbocharger.
